<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- Place drumsticks in a ziplock bag and pour in the sauce, close the bag, shake veeery well and rub until drumsticks are fully covered and place in the fridge overnight;</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- When it comes time to cook before the game turn on the oven to 400ºF, place drumsticks on a baking tray and pour the rest of the liquid marinade on top and place in the oven for about 30/40 minutes giving them a shake every now and then;</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- Grab a little chicken (I’d say about 1 ice cream scoop) and with your hand form a little ball and flatten it. Then place one of the cheese slices and then grab another measure of chicken and shape the burger until the cheese is covered thoroughly (TIP: flat burgers cook faster and better);</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">All you need to make these is an apple, 2 slices of bread, cinnamon, one egg, a little milk, and some optional Stevia sweetener to sweeten the apples and powdered sugar to sprinkle on top.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- First start by heating your pan and greasing it and throwing in the apples and the sweetener and letting it simmer until the apple is soft and becoming brownish;</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- Crack the egg into a deep dish and add in the milk and 1 tbsp cinnamon and whisk it all together;</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- Drown both slices of bread into the egg mix very well until they are very soggy;</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">- Remove the apples from the pan to a dish and put the bread onto the re-greased pan;</span></div>

<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Pre-heat oven to 180ºC / 350ºF and grease a rectangular baking pan;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">In a stand mixer mix together the egg, the egg whites, the vanilla paste and the sweetener until fully mixed;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Add in the milk and then the mayo;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">In a separate bowl sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well together;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Start mixing into the stand mixer the flour mixture and water one at a time, starting and ending with the flour mixture;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Crack all the cookies roughly and unevenly and pour in the batter incorporating with a spatula;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Pour the batter in the prepared baking pan and put in the pre-heated oven for about 25/30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out crumbless and clean BUT in the final 5/10 minutes open the oven, drop the marshmallows (I cut each marshmallow in half to use less marshmallows and make them look like more) on top of the brownie, close the oven and finish cooking.</span></li>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">All you have to do is mix all the spices together in a bowl and make a paste you will use to rub in the chicken and pop it in the oven - it's <b>simple</b> but <b>tastes great</b> and is <b>extra juicy </b>AND you won't even have trouble with dish-washing: you'll only need to wash one bowl and the baking tray.</span></div>

<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Prep the chicken: place it in a baking tray (doesn't need to be greased) and under the skin place one garlic clove in each part (if using one whole chicken place several garlic cloves under the skin), place the lemon quarters anywhere close to the chicken in the tray and then with your hands rub the seasoning paste prepared earlier everywhere you can (be generous!);</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Place in the pre-heated oven a 180ºC / 350ºF for about 1 and a half hours upping the temperature to 450ºF in the last 10 minutes for the skin to grill;</span></li>

<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Add in the milk and then the mayo;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">In a separate bowl sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well together;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Start mixing into the stand mixer the flour mixture and water one at a time, starting and ending with the flour mixture;</span></li>
<li style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">In the baking pan pour about 1/3 of the batter and place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes with the air circulation on (if you have air circulation, if not just make it about 10/15 minutes);</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Turn off the mixer and with the aid of a spatula or spoon incorporate chocolate chips and roughly chopped hazelnuts (or whole if you prefer);</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Place in the tray spreading it to fully cover the base of the tray and put in the oven for about 20/25 minutes - NOT MORE or they will be dry. You can insert a toothpick and it should not come out clean, you want it to come out a like if it was a little undercooked;</span></li>
